1. Services Offered
Expresso Furniture Transport provides:
Local and intercity home, villa, and office moving.
Furniture disassembly, packing, loading, and installation.
Corporate relocation and commercial shifting within the UAE.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
A booking is confirmed only after an agreed quotation and (where applicable) a deposit payment.
Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or through approved digital payment platforms.
Quotes provided are based on the information shared by the client; additional items or service changes may affect the final price.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move to avoid charges.
Rescheduling is allowed subject to date availability.
Deposits for last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about moving locations and items.
Securing valuable items (cash, jewelry, documents) before the move.
Ensuring building or parking access on both pickup and delivery locations.
5. Liability
Our team handles all items with utmost care. However, Expresso Furniture Transport is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing item defects, unsafe packing by the customer, or circumstances beyond control (traffic, weather, etc.).
In rare cases of accidental damage, our compensation will not exceed the declared value of the damaged item or the total invoice amount.
6. Insurance
We offer optional insurance coverage upon request. Standard moves are covered only under our basic handling care policy.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
Expresso Furniture Transport is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or government restrictions.
8. Website Content
All images, text, and materials on expressfurnituretransport.com are owned by Expresso Furniture Transport. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
